Short synopsis -
I graduated from New York University in May 2020 with a BFA in Fine Art and Psychology.
My passion for UX design started from a data analysis internship where I aggregated all survey responses from students at Senior Planet and pulled insight on program improvement. I loved combing through the qualitative data the most - finding students' pain points through keyword analysis. My work that summer got me thinking... is there a way I can both build solutions, collect feedback, and design solutions?
My supervisor said that line of thinking belongs in the UI/UX or Product Design world so I enrolled in Springboard's UI/UX Bootcamp to learn the hard skills to supplement the soft skills I gained as an artist/scientist in College. Ever since my epiphany, I have been falling more and more in love with the UI/UX field after each product I research, build, test and iterate.

Just a little bit more-
My mantra is "stay curious" so I'm always looking for the next problem to explore or a skill to learn. Aside from my day job, I am also actively improving my digital art skills, Ultimate frisbee play and freelancing.
When I'm not busy staying active in the UX community or solving real-world problems in the digital space, I love exploring the intersection of human cognition and technology by creating metaphors through art-making and design. I try to approach every situation with a curious, open mindset and learn from even the most mundane interactions.
Aside from finding creative outlets, you can find me outdoors taking a scenic stroll or engaging in team sports. Having played varsity basketball in high school and College Ultimate Frisbee, sports has been an integral part of my life and who I am.
